[MnM] Music box "Oto-bako"

This box type object reads a notecard as a score and plays music like a music box.

 It contains 3 sample scores but you can write or buy another score to add the box. Please read [MnM] MML tester instruction notecard for further information if you are interested in making a score for "Oto-bako". This box can play music both in worn and rezzed state.

BASIC USAGE

1. Touch [MnM] Music box "Oto-bako" to show a popup.
2. Select "Score" -> "Sample" to see the sample scores.
3. Choose one of the sample musics.
4. Wait for a while till the loading is complete...
5. If the box is ready, it will tell you so.
6. Touch and select "Play" from the popup menu.
7. Enjoy!

Note :

It is only the first time that the box needs to load a new score. If you want to listen it again, just click "Play". When you want the box to play another score, you need to wait the loading again after you choose next music.

Owner menu functions index

Touch [MnM] Music box "Oto-bako" to display a setting option popup. You have 10 seconds to choose an option. Some options will be shown only under certain circumstances.

• Score
  Score settings for  [MnM] Music box "Oto-bako". [MnM] Music box "Oto-bako" uses the customMML format notecard as its score. Only one score notecard can be loaded at one time.。
  • Sample
    Load a preset sample score. Choose one.
  • Original
    Load a user-made score. Choose one. "Oto-bako" can contain up to 10 original scores.

    *actually it can contain 11 or more music, but first 10 music in alphabetical order will appear on the list.

  • Add
    Add an user-made score to the box. When you choose this option, the top of the box will open to be ready. Drag the score WITH PRESSING CONTROL KEY or simply go to Edit mode and drag and drop it on the "Contents" tab from your inventory. If you rez the box, you can also select "Open" to drag and drop the score notecard.

    *Only full permission score can be added when you wear "Oto-bako".Try to rez and add when you want to add a score with other permission.

  • Delete
    Delete an original score.

    *A no copy score cannot be deleted when you wear "Oto-bako".

• Play
  Play the loaded score. Everyone can use this option. Touch the box to stop(owner only). Play will stop automatically at the end of the score.
• Repeat
  Loop play the loaded score. Touch the box to stop.
• Tempo
  Change the tempo of the loaded score.  Value is 60-240.
  • Tempo-
    Make the tempo lower (music will play slowly)
  • Tempo+
    Make the tempo higher (music will play faster)
  • Default Tmp
    Reset the tempo to the score default.
• Volume
  Change the volume of the loaded score.  Value is 1-10.
  • Volume-
    Make the volume louder.
  • Volume+
    Make the volume smaller.
  • Default Vol
    Reset the volume to the score default.
• Position

  Wearing position settings.

  Save 1 is usual wearing position. When you wear [MnM] Music box "Oto-bako", Save 1 position will be applied.

  Save 2 is playing position. When you play the music with wearing [MnM] Music box "Oto-bako", Save 2 position and a pose for Save 2 will be applied.
   

  • Load1
    Load Save1 position information.
  • Load2
    Load Save2 position information. This position is for playing the music with inner animation override pose.
  • Save1
    Save current wearing position to this slot.
  • Save2
    Save current playing position to this slot.
  • InnerAO
    Toggle playing pose of Save 2(box holding pose) on/off.
  • Default
    Initialize position, set to defalt position and rotation.
• Strap
  Strap size & angle settings.
  • Normal
    Set the strap size normal.
  • Large
    Set the strap size large.
  • None
    Hide the strap. Good to rez or wear with your favourite belt.
  • Angle-
    Make the strap angle lower.
  • Angle+
    Make the strap angle higher.
  • Default
    Reset the strap angle to default.
• Color
  Colour settings. You can choose from 3 preset colours.
  • Red
  • Brown
  • Black

  

• Open
  Open or close the top of the box. Everyone can use this option. This option appear when it is rezzed.
• MemoryChk
  Show each script's memory left. Useful when you make your original score.
• Back
  Return to previous menu page.
• Exit
  Exit settings.

CAUTION

This product makes sound. Please be very careful not to make a nuisance of yourself using this product.

Please note that there will be the delay when you play music and it will take some time to complete the sound loading. If your internet connection is very slow, you will not be able to hear correct music at the first play.
